Returns & Exchanges

At Letterkenny Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
